   Shortlist Candidates
   Conduct Interviews (in-person, video conferencing or telephone)
   Analyze Strengths & Capabilities
   Monitor English Language Skills
   Select Qualified Candidates

 

 

Step 2 - CGFNS/ Visa Screen Certification Process...(4 - 8 Months)
   Prepare & Take CGFNS Exam
   Prepare & Take TOEFL & TSE Exam or IELTS Exam
   Complete CGFNS Certification
   Complete Credentials Evaluation (CES) if required
   Complete Visa Screen Certification

 

 

Step 3 - Immigration & Licensing Process .................(6 - 12 Months)
   File Immigration Paperwork with UCIS
   Submit State Licensing Application
   Receive Authority to Test (ATT)
   Take & Pass the NCLEX Exam
   Prepare for Green Card Interview
   Arrive in the United States
   Apply for SSN or ITIN for Permanent License
