E. SHACKELFORD
Mr. Shackelford is co-founder and Senior Partner
of Project Medic. John's experience includes stints as Director of Finance and
Business Development for Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, Administrator
of the Heart Institute at Good Samaritan (then the largest cardiovascular services
program in California), and Chief Executive Officer positions in two of the premier
cardiology groups in California. Most recently, he has consulted extensively in
oncology practice management, including an eighteen-month contract with City
of Hope Cancer Center and Southern California Oncology Associates' predecessor,
COHON. While at COHON, he was instrumental in developing the contracting strategy
for all managed care contract negotiations, including proposed covered services,
capitation rates and service area development Mr.
Shackelford received his Bachelor's Degree in English from the J.William Fullbright
College at the University of Arkansas and his Master's Degree in Business Administration
with honors from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New
Orleans. While at Freeman, his studies focused on finance, marketing and strategic

VISHWANATH Mr.Vishwanath
is co-founder and Senior Partner of Project Medic. Prior to this, Srin served
in physician marketing, managed care, and business development functions for Fortune
500 and start up health services companies. His experiences include developing
outpatient cancer centers, expanding physician networks, and rate development
for capitated contracts. Mr.Vishwanath
received his Bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California,

NITTURKAR
Mr. Nitturkar is a founding team member
and Director of International Operations of Project Medic. Jay has over 14 years
of experience spanning three countries around the globe in business development,
sales and marketing. He has been instrumental in setting up Project Medic's global
infrastructure including network of offices, affiliates and partners for recruiting
healthcare professionals. Prior to this Jay co-founded and headed a VC funded
company based out of Orange County, CA with offshore development center in India.
Mr.
Nitturkar received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Gulbarga University
and his Master's degree in Business Administration from University of Southern

HITSON, RN, MPH Ms
Hitson is an accomplished nursing executive with years of experience in the field.
She has been a nurse recruitment consultant for Project Medic, recruiting for
long term care, behavior health and hospital systems. She is also Joint Commission
surveyor since 2001, and is trained under the Accreditation Manual (s) for Ambulatory,
Behavioral Health Care, Home Care, and Hospital and is presently a surveyor in
the Hospital accreditation program. Ms
Hitson is the Chief Nursing Officer at Carlsbad Medical Center, Carlsbad, New
Mexico which is owned and operated by Triad Hospitals and is a senior member on
the advisory board for OnTrak Solutions staffing software. Ms. Hitson is also
involved in the development of diabetic outpatient clinics and is currently working
in the El Paso, TX area to develop a diabetic specialty facility. Ms.
Hitson continues to hold positions on various healthcare advisory boards as well
as memberships with the New Mexico Organization of Nurse Executives, AONE and
ACHE. Ms.
Hitson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Services Management from
Ottawa University in Ottawa, KS and her Masters in Public Health degree in Health
Services Administration from the University of Minnesota.
